Trinity Hot Yoga and Verbrugge & Co Consulting Inc. (collectively referred to herein as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to ensuring the privacy and protection of your personal data. For the purposes of accountability and to provide a dedicated point of contact for all data privacy matters across these entities, Natexa Verbrugge has been designated as our Privacy Officer.  She is responsible for overseeing our compliance with this privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. She is also the primary contact for addressing any questions, concerns, or requests you may have regarding your personal data and our privacy practices.

We recognize that privacy of your personal information is important. Here is information on what types of personal information we receive and collect when you use and visit our school and how we safeguard your information. We will never sell, rent or give away your personal information or our customer list to third parties without your express consent.

In-School Check-In with first and last name at the front desk:

Purpose and visibility: This allows our staff to verify your attendance, manage class capacities and greet you personally.  This information is visible to staff and other clients in the immediate vicinity of the check-in area during the sign-in process.

Consent: By enrolling in a membership and attending classes, you acknowledge and consent to this limited public display of your name for operational purposes.

Log Files

As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider such as Shaw or Telus), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.

Newsletters and Emails

Our clients will have the option to sign up for emails when they first sign their waivers. Once you have attended classes with us, your account will be available to log in. We will be occasionally sending you receipts, reminders and newsletters to keep you up to date with what is happening at Trinity Hot Yoga.  All recipients of our Newsletter are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time. If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email you’ve received or by sending us an email at hello@trinityhotyoga.ca.
